1Acceptance of BetCity Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of a user's use of the BetCity platform in Malaysia. They cover all services offered by BetCity, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, e-sports, virtual sports, and any other services available on the BetCity platform from time to time.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to these BetCity Terms & Conditions:

• DuitNow – processed within 1–5 minutes

The minimum deposit at BetCity is RM20 for all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your chosen payment method and your BetCity account status. All amounts on the BetCity platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

5Withdrawal of Winnings

• The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process
• User holds more than one active BetCity account
• User is involved in abusing the BetCity bonus or promotion system
• Users found to be under 18 years of age
• The user attempts to manipulate the BetCity platform or its technological systems

If a BetCity account is closed due to a breach, all funds in the account may be forfeited without compensation, depending on the severity of the violation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their BetCity account may contact the BetCity support team.
